Aikido Classes


The Brandermill Aikido Club (BAC) is a family owned and operated venture teaching

and practicing Wadokai Aikido, Ki Development (unification of mind and body), and

Karate Jutsu principles for application in our daily lives.


Jazzercise Classes


Jazzercise is a dance-based group fitness program. Each 60-minute Jazzercise

class features a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga,

kickboxing, and Latin-style movements set to popular music.

This is a strong flow class!  Build strength, flexibility as well as a calm mind and heart.  Prior knowledge of yoga suggested

Gentle Yoga Classes
Gentle Yoga is for everyone from beginners to the experienced yogi who wants to enjoy a relaxing, stress busting class. You can keep it gentle, or I will offer alternatives if you want to challenge yourself a bit more. We will breathe and stretch away the stress that builds up in our bodies…AHHH.
I promise a relaxing savanna at the end of each class.

Krav Maga Classes
Krav Maga, Hebrew for ‘Contact Combat’ is the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and thousands of civilians in the United States. We teach Krav Maga to kids to help them learn self defense and build their self esteem.
Mondays 2:00-4:00pm
